  • ALTVIEW’s Custom Phone Methodology uses a dedicated team of salaried interviewers to administer the survey by phone into an online survey.

  • Our experienced team of interviewers recruit qualified respondents from a custom database built and managed for over a decade.

 

  • Interviewers manually dial from the Custom Database. No random digit dialers are used. 

 

  • Respondents are recruited during regular business hours, while interviews can take place 7 days a week and at any time convenient for respondents.

 

  • Daily updates are provided to keep clients up to date on project activity including ongoing feasibility and quota management.

 

  • Altview’s Custom Phone methodology can be used for complex question types, CONJOINT exercises, graphics and visuals, if applicable. 

 

  • For longer complex questions and answer options, AltView has the ability to share a screen with the respondents allowing them to see the questions as the interviewer reads them. 

 

  • All interviewers access the survey using the same process. They are provided a unique URL with a unique ID directed through a technology that allows the team to see the path of the respondent, term, complete, over quotas and LOI. 

 

  • Internal Trainings/Briefings are conducted before each Custom Phone project to review overall objectives, screener, survey, quotas and expectations in terms of respondent levels. In order to review project specifications, subject terminology and open end expectations. Mock interviews are utilized to guarantee consistency in administering the surveys. 

 

  • Interviewers have an average of 2 years experience in related subject matter. Daily Briefing/trainings are conducted before the start of the day which encompasses any feedback or update coming from the Client/Quality Team/Project management team.
